The Amarone della Valpolicella is the most important wine produced by Giovanni Ederle. From Corvina and Rondinella grapes, grown on the hills, it conveys all the strength of our land here in Verona. Intense ruby red, with violet hues. Rich in the fruity aromas of red berries, unmistakable cherry and ripe plum, accompanied by notes of toasted cocoa and vanilla. An extremely intense and lingering flavour, with soft and balanced tannins. Aged for fifteen months in wooden barrels and for six months in the bottle, the remainder of the refinement process is carried out in steel. Pairings Perfect with flavoursome meat dishes, like braised meats, roast meats and game meat. Serving temperature Open at least a couple of hours before serving, serve at 18°C.
